Congress Heeds Citizens' Call to Protect Original Intent of Title IX

Citizens Defending Freedom (CDF) commends Congresswoman Mary Miller and 65 colleagues for introducing H.J.Res.165 under the Congressional Review Act to oppose the Biden administration's Title IX changes, which redefine sex discrimination to include gender identity. CDF initiated a public call to action, and numerous representatives from Texas, Florida, and Georgia have co-sponsored the resolution, aiming to preserve the original intent of Title IX and protect women's rights and safety.
