Christians have an interesting relationship with the wellness industry, and it is not uncommon to see this in the tension around the topic. Do you use essential oils? Do you avoid processed food? Have you tried magnet therapy? And yet….if we truly believe (as we do) that the Bible has given us all that we need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3), we aren’t left to our own devices when it comes to solving this tension.
