Fredrik Hammarsten (1846–1922) was a Swedish Lutheran pastor and church leader. Born in Norrköping, he served in Stockholm—first at Blasieholmskyrkan and later as vicar of Jakob’s parish—also holding the post of royal chaplain. He wrote devotional works, including Daily Meditations Upon the Epistle Lessons of the Church Year. In 1921 Uppsala University awarded him an honorary Doctor of Theology.
